During this time, exploring and researching about lentils was really interesting. They are small in size but big in history, nutritional facts, myths, music, books and variety etc. In this blog you will know my multiple experiences with them at the kitchen trying to cook my favorite lunch, you will know how people cook them in different countries and maybe if you want you will learn how to cook Jadra without repeating the same mistakes than me. 

In my opinion, the bible gave us a story with lentils that gave many artist around centuries and around the world an excuse-topic for painting.  I had another kind of artistic experience more closely to playing just creating different shapes.

As Mexican is nice to have in consideration the quality of our brands, the same as small producers like Aires de Campo. The industrial production of lentils, and of course the journey they have to do understanding all the changing process between being a seed and being packed for selling.
